Shocking service

Some salesman are rude. Sometimes they don’t even take your call when trying to sort out “where the vehicle is”, sometimes they don’t phone back after saying they will. You get given an incorrect cell number which redirects your call to another number, leave a message and no reply. Paid for vehicle to be transported from one branch to another, 7 days later still trying to track vehicle and no one gets back to you. Shocking, shocking, shocking. On a scale of 1-5 I would go with minus 5.
