Shocking Service

It all seems so great until you find out that they company seems a little clueless about after sale service and administration.

I can't transfer the car into my name because they company has provided two dates for registration, so I have to call and get this fixed.... I am still waiting.

I am sure that some sales people know what they doing but it appears my team are needing training.

I am furious and will remains so because I have TN take extra time out of my day now to get things sorted where the company should have provided proper service.

I feel like billing webuycars.co.za for the extra fuel, my wasted business time etc.

Just be careful, in principle the firm is great, but actual need to train staff better. Just a heads up.
