Shocking service
Terrible service after they sell you a car, no one take accountability and you are just ignored. Bought a car in Feb 2026 from WBC Polokwane, made the arrangements to be at the branch and do a test drive before signing as this was a GOLD Certified vehicle. Why testing i saw aircon does not get cold however the sales person Lulu told me it only needs a re-gas however signed the finance papers and drove off with a temp permit in place. i was told roadworthy was done and that the license will be sent to Germiston branch within 3 weeks. I went to fill the aircon gas only to find out the compressor is leaking so i contacted the branch they said get a quote, eventually i log was done with customer care but no one calls you. i sent numerous mails and what's app messages to even the sales manager Mahuwa Koketso does not return calls, reads the messages on what's app but plain down ignores you. Eventually in this week customer care send me a list of suppliers that i can go too and so yesterday i received the quote for R20000.00 which i sent to them this morning. To make things worse the permit expires yesterday and i was given a order by WBC Polokwane to take the car for roadworthy which i paid them to do as per the quote supp**** when you finance. After taking the car for the roadworthy test yesterday and requesting for another permit i was told by Lulu we cannot issue another one, so i am paying for car that i cannot use due to WBC lack of processes to ensure customer receive what you have paid for. I called the called customer car yesterday to share my concern and was told again someone will contact you. I will be taking this up with the bank that has financed the car and MIOSA If anything, WBC do not respect their customers nor do they care about your frustration, here is both reference numbers 135175 and 136438 I strongly suggest people looking to buy cars stick with the dealer networks that yes may charge you a more but you will have piece of mind
