Shocking offer below 60% value.
I contacted your offices to sell my vehicle and I was totally shocked at the offer that was received from your agent. Are you aware that this is a running model vehicle with a good working engine ? The trade value is about R90 000, how do you get to an offer of R35 000 (60% below trade price ) is this some kind of a joke ??

We advise our clients to complete the Online Application on our website first before bringing the vehicle in,
that way you have an indication before you come through.
We can also send a full-time certified WBC Buyer to your house or work to do the final evaluation at your convenience.
We never "Value" a car.
We do an evaluation, we make an offer, you are free to accept or decline.
Value is subjective, and not even the M&M book is excluded from stating expressly in its own introduction that it is merely a guide and it is subject to interpretation.
If you provide me detail of who helped you, at what time where, and what the car is, etc, then I can double-check all the detail for you and inquire about the reasons for the offer.
