Shocking from start to finish

Shocking!

I purchased a vehicle in Germiston a few months ago. The vehicle was sold with a Roadworthy certificate... Well I never got the certificate and it took over 3 weeks to get the documents so I could License the vehicle. After a number of messages to the salesman (Kobus,who clearly didn't care one the sale was made) Webuycars sent me to go an do a roadworthy. Of course it failed.... After complaining repeatedly to customer care (***) webuycars agreed to pay for the few things that needed fixing in order to get the vehicle roadworthy. They then began requesting documents from me, the usual proof of account etc. I send them everything they wanted and they said I would be reimbursed.

A few days shy of a month and I have yet to receive payment. I have threatened to go to social media as I am now to complain but they just keep ignoring me. The one time Melissa Loubser rep**** she said they should have paid you by now...

I now see they have removed the feature on there Facebook page to be able to review there service.

I have had nothing put problems and false promises. After approving reimbur*****t which would total approx R8000 I have received nothing!

Please if anyone can advise as to where I go to get this sorted I would much appreciate it?
