Shocking customer service with no feedback

Shocking process/service!! I enquire about a car and receive no feedback only to have to call Brackenfell depot myself after seeing the car is noted as having "sale in progress". I speak to a Chesnay who says he'll investigate and call/message me with details as although I'm listed as a lead it means that someone else is buying it and they need a commitment i.e. R5000 deposit or documents. What is the point of enquiring then?!? Feels like a **** when you need to pay a "holding" deposit for something you have not seen. Chesnay doesn't bother to call me back or WhatsApp me any details as he said he would and now I've lost out on this vehicle after receiving an email stating the vehicle is sold. Thanks Chesnay!
