Shocking Customer Service

Most shocking serves received form We Buy Cars.

1st I enquire about a Caravan and it takes them 4 days to call me with info.

2nd I told them I'm interested and will come early the next day to check everything and then take it. Got there early the next morning and the caravan was sold.

3rd I decided on a other caravan and did the online application. Got a email that someone will be in contact with me from the bank for the financing in one working day. 4 days later still nothing. I called the bank and they never received the application from We Buy Cars.

Tried about 10 times to call them to get answers and at a average waiting time of 10min no one can give me any answers or assist me.

Poor serves.
