Shocking business practices

We bought TWO vehicles. Both had sterling Derkra reports but both had mechanical problems the minute we drove them out of the showroom. The repairs were for our own account. Neither were clean or roadworthy. Neither were licensed even though these services were charged for on top of the selling price. It’s a disgrace and it seems to be their common practice.
