Shocking after service

Very quick to take payment for the vehicle and push you to do so even if its at closing time but when you have to wait over 3 weeks for the cars NATIS papers you get told its not the sales persons job. Unacceptable that your clients have to call and enquire where the papers are., then get told every time, I asked about them I got a response - why does the client have to follow up. Absolutely no follow up service from Silver Lakes, as a customer I have to keep asking where they are. If the car gets into an accident or impounded webuy cars will be held liable for damages. No permit issued either for the vehicle - licence disc expired a few years ago.
