Shocking after sales service from webuycars

What shocking bad service after I bought a car and paid cash for it at the webuycars auction. It was paid cash within 2 hours of the auction yet I was threatened twice that the car will be sold to someone else if I don't remove it from their premises in record time. They also issued the roadworthy and did the registration in my name but failed to inform me that I must go and take out the license myself. The car had a license disk when I receive it. The result is that I cannot renew another vehicle's license because the vehicle I bought from webuycars is unlicensed. Now I have to take the car through roadworthy again to get the licensing sorted out. Which would not have been required if I took out the license in 60 days - why could they NOT tell me this when I got the paperwork??? The people at Dekra just laughs and says "we see this a lot"...
