Shocking after sales service from We Buy Cars Midstream Branch

We have bought two cars from We Buy Cars Midstream. The two salesmen provided excellent service, but the after sales service is a joke to put it mildly. The first was for my wife on 02/02/23- your stock number C***8 and the second for my daughter on 12/02/23 - your stock number 9F***. As far as i know the South African law clearly state that the new owner has to register the car on his name within 21 days which will expire tomorrow in the case of the first vehicle. When I enquired about the documents more than a week ago, I was told by the Salesman as well as your Call Centre that We Buy Cars will re-imburse the fine if I do pick up one. in other words, We Buy Cards seems to be encouraging their customers to break the law by offering to pay their fines. I would be interesting to know if such behavior by WE Buy Cars would be acceptable to the relevant Government Departments. In the second place by not registering the vehicles in time I am also at risk with my insurance should there be a claim. I was told by the call center that it takes 21 days. Needless to say, that my daughter received a confirmation sms that the car she traded in have now been registered in the name of We Buy Cars within a few days. Same time a car that I own that were paid off were registered in my name within 48 hours since the bank sent me the papers. We received the papers for the car that we bought from Silverlakes We Buy Cars a year ago within 3 or 4 days? I am now tired of the lame excuses I receive and would appreciate it if somebody with authority in your organization can contact me.
