Shocking After Sales Service

The service is great until you have purchased the vehicle but then it all goes downhill. Firstly I had to wait 3 weeks for the registration papers after I was told it would take a week. Then there was no service history when I collected the vehicle which was advertised with a complete up to date service history. It was either lost or they advertised falsely, although they promised a new one would be created so I'm guessing the former. The car was purchased in December last year and I'm still waiting despite numerous requests which are usually ignored It's frustrating when a company's service is so bad that one has to resort to posting a public review.
