Shocking after sales service

Their after sales service is absolutely shocking, and insist on getting the Natis when you pick up your car, you will be shoved from pillar to post if you want to get this later. If you purchase a vehicle cash and want them to handle license and registration, you need to buy up a warrantee plan (roughly 12000) and then pay for licence and registration (2000). Now if they still did that effectively some would see it as a worthwhile investment and at elats you have some Pease of mind. Their bureaucracy and insistence in making the client wait and doing the opposite of what you request is proof that they should stick to buying vehicles and selling them voetstoots, don't pay for any additonal services.
