Shocking after sale service.
Once again disappointed by We Buy Cars, their after sale is terrible the branch in North Gate the Dome to be specific, all they want is to push sales and nothing else. I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago, and to this day I am waiting for my registration plates and licence disc. Devon the sales person can not be bothered to assist, he blatantly told me he's not able to help me. The lady from finance Jeanne also keeps on telling me she's following up, but never gets back to me. I thought let me give WBC a second chance and buy from them, but then I guess our cent doesn't mean anything to them.
