Service so poor, I believe this branch does not exist!

Been enquiring about a caravan standing at the Polokwane branch for over 2 weeks. I have send enquiries via mail, phone, and even went to another branch close to me to make contact with them, and still no response. Then I phoned a friend in Polokwane to go to the branch, get hold of a sales person to contact me. My friend went the extra mile to look at the caravan. Then found out that someone is in progress with finance deal, and if the deal is not successful by close of business that day(last week Friday) then I have the option to buy the caravan. My friend got a sales person's number, and now he is telling that the finance for this lady was not successful but the father is now doing application for the finance On her behalf. In the meantime, I am sitting for almost 3 weeks trying to get hold of anyone at this branch, and I have cash in hand. So who does this caravan then actually belong to? I feel if the staff did their work, this caravan would have been in my garage more than a week ago!
