SERVICE SHADY AND NOT TRANSPARENT

I am somewhat disappointed to have to write this review however i purchased a motorbike at the Midstream branch.

I went to inspect the vehicle a BMW R1150 RT ABS 2002 and placed a holding deposit against the bike on Sunday last week of R5000.00 I informed the sales representative i could transfer the balance as well as all relevant documents to him by midweek. I was told this would NOT BE A PROBLEM .

On Monday i forwarded my ID AND Proof of Address and on Tuesday evening made an immediate payment for the balance owing. I called on Wed to confirm i was going to pick up the bike to be told ...i am sorry the bike is sold ???

I subsequently spoke to Manager (Mark ?) who apologised and asked if there was any other bike i wanted i thanked him and said no thank you and asked theat my moneys be returned in full. I then started looking for similar bikes online and lo and behold the BIKE IS STILL ON SALE ???? And at the Midstream branch

I have tried to contact the manager for an explanation and feel that this is un acceptable practice in the first instance and if it was NOT SOLD then why cancel my purchase ?? Or my suspicion is that one of the sales persons tried to purchase the bike unsuccessfully sale fell through and now its back in stock ...VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
