Service received from Shane Davies was impeccable

Service received from Shane Davies was impeccable. He really did go over and above to assist us. However service received from the Helpdesk was very disappointing and when I questioned this they told me to go to the manager and directed me to his office. If the service received from Shane wasn’t so amazing. I would’ve rated WBC a lot lower.
