Service is abit off…

Hi , we are regular visitors of the Cape Town area branches and today when we were interested in a car and potentially buy from Webuycars again as we have done before and love to take people to you guys as most of my friends are petrol heads, we asked for help and sales agents said they will get the keys or they are busy with another customer and will get us someone else quick but ended up waiting at the car for about 40mins before we decided to leave… if this was a one time incident i wouldnt have gone and write this review but its been 2 or 3 times now that we struggle to get service
