Service getting poor and poor

This company is becoming worse day by day. I have purchased over 9 cars with them but their service is deteriorating especially when it comes to refunds and other car issues. There's a lot of racial elements. I've been a victim of such manier times. Business is about integrity and innovation lest they be part of the stats.
