******* service from we buy cars - no registration papers on cars sold.

Purchased three vehicles from We Buy Cars Richmond last year at the beginning of December 2023, of which the last two was a week later after the first. Approximately a week and a half later I received the whatsapp notification for the two vehicles purchased last's registration documents, informed the salesman and was informed it will be dispatched to us. I also inquired as to where the first car's registration papers were as this was purchased before the current vehicle's that I am now apparently receiving the registration documents for. I was told by the salesman that "there was a backlog at NATIS". Fast-forward to today and I still do not have any registration documents. Lodged a online "concern" and received a reference number, no call back. Called the customer line and spoke to a Mantsepo regarding the registration documents, was promised to be phoned back after she contacts the branch - still no call back. We Buy Cars, since starting to conduct business with yourselves after you opened your service has really gone from great to absolute *******!! If you cannot furnish the registration documents or provide a after services then why sell cars???
