I was welcomed with a cooldrink from the cafe on my first visit to We Sell Cars. When I enter now no-one even notices me. I bought a car or two from them since they opened, and noticed that the client service code and ethics changed drastically, The salesman I bought a car a few months ago (R130 k cash), responded to me when I asked about a car on the floor, "Phone someone in sales, I'm not in sales", the one I did phone later, didn't answer any of my messages. He told me when I visited them to message him if I am interested in anything I see on the web page, so I did, but he doesn't respond. I know they are much bigger since they turned corporate, but customer service needs to remain on the agenda. Their webpage is slacky, two days, sometimes more, after a car is sold, the car is still shown as available, acceptable for a site like Autotrader, but this company has someone assigned to deal with the webpage. I browse their site everyday, they are unique in way that their cars are affordable for their customers, but with bad service, 75 000 square feet is going to tumble down.
