We buy cars purchased a vehicle that has coi*****s an i wanted to purchase the vehicle , now that the went for dekra COR the coi*****s has to be taken out and replaced which we buy cars wants to add to the finance . This is unexptable ! How can you want a customer to purchase a vehicle and have them paybto remove the coi*****s and that to their finance which will acumilate interest and fees ?!

The branch manager Jaco was in contact with me , however nothing has been resolved relating to the matter stated .
Seems like we need to purchase a vehicle thats on the floor as as and have it fixed at your own cost which will still be added to your financing.
I still feel that this is very unfair to me and any other consumers out there.
As I told the manager , this feels like it is a money making scheme as I have had vehicles pass COR that has coi***** fitted.
Still very unfair !
