Seriously bad service

Its now been over a month close to 2mths and still waiting on WeBuy Cars Brackenfell to assist with refund of car that had more problems than initially noted on there website. I have received money but not full refund. They told me 21 days only to receive a portion of refund for the second time and still waitingnon balance. I have raised it with 3 different people and no joy. I even sent to Snr site Manager Marques Bosch an email3 days ago and still waiting on a reply. I have spoken to Wynand Pieters also as well as a neither Snr manager but to no avail. I can not call the call centre number as they just say they will get someone to call me, but still waiting. I'm sure you agree that I have been patient. Now I feel they need to compensate me for my time as well. I think.its time to go to the Ombuds maybe something will happen faster. Will keep telling people not to buy from them. I have beenmin the service industry for over 25yrs but never have i dealt with a customer in this way. Really bad service when aSnr Branch Manaher dnt bother returning emails or giving you a courtesy call for the least. I am furious as I am paying interest on.money I have not really used. They selling 3rd partymproducts to their customer but feel uts not their problem. Hajiera Jinoo ***
