Sells wrong vehicle models and have poor after purchase services

On 18 November 2025 I issued a complaint to We buy cars, I purchased a Nissan Magnite 1.0 Acenta Plus (br10) in December 2024 at We buy Cars Silverlake branch, when I took my car to my nearest Nissan dealership for a service in November 2025 they told me that it is a Nissan Magnite 1.0 Visia, thus the model that I purchased is not what I received (Case number Ref 116 326), Yvonne Engelbrecht have helped me with this concern and We buy cars have compensated me with the money I have paid too much for this model. When I called the bank to update everything, they told me that the dealership should revise the original contract and sent it to them to be able to update the model of the vehicle on their side. The problem is that We buy cars need to revise my contract with the correct model of the vehicle and correct it with the bank, this is something the dealership needs to do, I can’t correct these details at the bank. On 30 December 2025 Yvonne then put me in contact with Nikita Robinson who originally did my contract, I have sent her an email and have sent her a WhatsApp, I haven’t received any response from her, so I decided to call We buy cars customer care line where they advised me to raise a new concern (Case number Ref 120 226) on 6 January 2026. When I raised my concern Mpho Muravha from customer care also didn’t receive a response from Nikita, Mpho then assigned me to a new agent, Ashlin Pillay. I have tried contacting Ashlin twice a week since I have raised the concern at We buy cars, I always leave him a message to contact me back or he is always too busy to take my call. This is poor services from We buy cars, how is it possible that they can make this mistake with a vehicle model, don’t they have procedures in place to verify that the VIN number and model they put on their website correspond with each other? They don’t take responsibility for their mistake, they don’t even try to help me with this problem.
