Sells cars without papers
I purchased a vehicle at the Richmond branch 28 June. Charged an admin fee and afterwards simply got told the system was down so I left without any paperwork. The admin ladies said I won't need to promp anything and that I would receive a link to download the paperwork. Here I am 36 hours later with nothing. They only have a 48 hour window for complaints and are simply not assisting. Stock No ***

What was the admin fee for? Clearly there was no admin support at all. Three days and ypu cannot provide a single piece of paperwork on the vehicle
