Sellers get lowballed

My experience with webuycars has been as a seller. The good part is that the process is hassle free and their buyers are courteous and professional. The disappointing part is that webuycars will make an offer online and then lowball you when they arrive. In both cases I disclosed the condition of the vehicle online and sent clear pics. The one car they offered R20k lower than quoted, but I accepted. The other vehicle got an offer from head office that was so low even their guy was shocked. A few days later I was offered twice that by another smaller dealer.
