Scooters with incorrect NATIS documents

I have a problem with the incorrect registration papers for a scooter I bought.

3 of these identical Big Boy D-Lite 125 scooters were bought from Pat's Scooter World in Klerksdorp, of which 2 were sold to WeBuyCars and the 3rd to me. It would seem that Pat's put the incorrect numberplates on each of the scooters, together with the incorrect registration papers, without checking the actual VIN numbers on the scooters.

As I said, there are 3 scooters involved in this mess up. I traced one of the other owners in Centurion who has my scooter's registration papers, and another guy in Johannesburg has one with the Centurion guy's papers and I have one with the Johannesburg guy's papers.

Apparently WeBuyCars is aware of this issue, but nothing is being done to resolve it.

Please advise as to how we are going to sort this out.
