Sales People dont call you back!

I completed an online inquiry form Aug 2019 and to date nobody has called me. I called in a few days after this and spoke to 2 sales people from the Midstream branch that said they will call me back, to date, no call yet. I then completed another form 14 Aug 2019 and yet again no call received. Only Auto replies on email. Do you not want business?? Another issue with WeBuyCars PE the sales guy told me he will let me know regarding a vehicle showing as reserved, he said he will call me the minute its either sold or available - i kept checking the site and then saw it was off the site, I waited 2 days and asked the sales guy, so, when were you going to let me know the vehicle is sold as its been off the site for 2 days already. The only amazing service is the buying team (buying my vehicle), they call within 30 minutes of your inquiry and do follow ups
