Sale or ****?

Extremely angry and annoyed, wanted to sell my vehicle, was offered R180000, initially. Consultant came to view, took it for a test drive, brought back a stuffed up vehicle, they then offered me R50000 for s****. Also then received a call a day later, from them as well as another company which they referred to also offer me for s**** and parts. I reported all this, and was told an investigation will be done, 1 week later still none the wiser. Sitting with a broken vehicle which im still paying for.
