I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with We Buy Cars. I purchased a vehicle that came with a Dekra report indicating it was in good condition with no faults. I was also assured by Albert Smith that the car had only one previous owner and was “perfect” with no issues. However, the day after I received the vehicle, multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I took the car to a Ford dealership for a full diagnostic, and several serious problems were identified—issues that were never disclosed to me. Because of this, I had no choice but to return the car. During the cancellation process, I was told I would receive a replacement vehicle within two days. That did not happen. I then requested a refund and provided all the required documents. I was promised that the refund would be processed within 24–48 hours, yet more than two weeks have passed and I am still waiting for my money. This has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming process. I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I cannot recommend We Buy Cars based on what I went through.
