Rude staff *********** service

I have never before come accross such unhelpful people. All I needed to know if the vehicle was code 2 or code 3 I was prepared to buy the vehicle that day. I was told take the vin number can go find the information yourself. My question is this if I am paying cash for the vehicle why should I go on a which hunt for the information???? Then there is the issue if the rude staff. Sihle is one and the other is the lady who took my call yesterday. She also has no phone etiquette and brazenly rude. I didn't want to listen to people when they said stay clear of we buy cars. Now I see why.
