RUDE INDIVIDUAL THAT INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS MANAGER MIDSTREAM

I went to collect the duplicate the duplicate key for the POLO GTI that I bought. I approached the salesman behind the station when you enter the sales floor. He went to call an individual that only introduced himself as the Store Manager. He was very hostile and arrogant in his conduct. He became intimidating when I told him that I was told that there was a duplicate key when I bought the car. I was told that the duplicate key was on it's way and that I could collect it any time at a future date. He told me that I can take it up with the 'ombudsman' if I had a problem and that in fact I actually signed my right to a duplicate key away when I signed the documents during the purchase of the car. He arrogantly said that they would should ombudsman rule in my favour would he entertain my request. He promised to provide the documentation via email to enable me to pursue the matter as it was in storage and there were no office staff that could assist. Till date none of the documentation was provided. As a potential client I would never buy anything from such a rude salesman. The salesman that sold this car in question as well as previously a LDV was professional.
