Rude Customer care Kagiso!

I have a problem with We buy Cars, my problem was referred to the manager who then referred us to customer care, and when I called customer care, the call was answered by Kagiso who doesn't seem to know her surname, she was extremely rude and disrespectful, she tried to get information on my case while delaying to forward my call to the relevant person. We Buy Cars, please let Kagiso know her scope of practice as she seems confused and entitled! And also let her know that she isn't doing anyone a favour by being rude!
