I bought a Ford Ranger 3.2 bakkie with 193000km from Webuycar.co.za on Monday the 28th of August 2023 at silver lakes Pretoria, the salesman who helped me with good assistance was Mike. Friday the 8th of September 2023 my bakkie fuel pump broke and I have asked Webuycar.co.za if they would take responsibility for fixing it and they said they’re going to come back to me in 24h, as 24 hours past I still got no assistance to the problem. After that I called them several times but still couldn’t get any answers from them, then I took the bakkie to SS parts to get it fixed. a Few days later I contacted Mike again so they can refund me on the fuel pump and I had to wait another 24 hours with yet again no response at all. Sunday the 8th of October 2023, my number 5 pistin burned, I contacted mike again and told him about it and made new complaint about the engin. After a lot of phone calls and struggling to get in touch with someone who can help me with the complaints of the bakkie , they have send several case numbers but did not came back to me. Mike then gave me the branch manager number, Junior the branch manager helped me to make contact with poeple to help me with my problems concerning the bakkie and still after a-lot of calls ,emails and even whatsapps and still it was a big struggel to get a answers from them. After that I decided to fix it out of my own expenses ,as soon as they open up the engin they noticed that in my 3.2 ford bakkie there is only 2(3.2) injectors in and 3(2.2) injectors in my 3.2 ford. After my bakkie was fixed the turbo broke aswell. So I want @webuycars.co.za to pay me all the money that I have spent to fit the bakkie in my 6 month warranty as per Law. .
