Recon Manager?
Asked for a quote on the hooter, a roadworthy fault on their own condition report, on Friday 28 August. Six days later, nothing.
So I booked it into Toyota myself. Luke Sylvester sent the car out of the branch without telling me. It missed the appointment.
His answer: recon is his responsibility, he did not know about my booking, and I should go through the Sales Manager in future.
Route around him.
