Riverhorse WeBuyCars WORST SERViCE
WeBuyCars Riverhorse Branch - Worst service ever!!!! Pontsho Moema - no customer orientation, none whatsoever. Bought vehicle, couldn’t take it home because they had to fix tyres - vehicle was sent to 3rd party by the branch I was left in the dark with developments. Had to dig and dig for status of the vehicle…upon emailing them - they had the audacity to refer me to the 3rd party whom I never had a deal/contract with.
Poorest service ever.

14 Jul 2023, 15:21I have yet to be responded to. Recently I received a call to assist with returning the vehicle as it’s in no condition as per report and advert. I want a replacement vehicle. Since beginning of June I paid in full and it’s now July I still sit without a vehicle
