My first auction sale that I tried via WBC website was successful. The follow up was picked up by a junior Sales Executive, Prinay Ubickparsadh. This is normally a fairly straight forward sale to conclude. However, at times life goes against all rules. This was my case. One hiccup after another. Prinay gave me the normal time allocated by management. During that period he kept on checking and advising me on ways forward. The time expired and I was now worried about loosing my deposit. Willingly, Prinay spoke to management to extend my offer for a little longer. With that extra time, I pursued whatever leads I had. Prinay was always there guiding me along. As all seemed to be going well, I hit a stumbling blocked. I lost 95% hope of successfully closing this deals. I explained to Prinay my position, and asked how to cancel this deal. He never rep****. However, a short while later all of a sudden things turn in my favour. I contacted Prinay again to tell him the good news and he was delighted and helped me through the final process. I must say hats off to Prinay Ubickparsadh for being such a wonderful and understanding person. He never for once took me to be messing him around and I honestly was not. After concluding the deal, I arranged for a friend to collect the vehicle on my behalf. This being around some public holidays and as expected, some staff would be off for a longer period. However, Prinay made himself available to either meet or arrange someone to meet my friend to assist him in releasing the vehicle. My friend say Prinay was always available to take his calls.

I received the vehicle in good condition. When the vehicle certificate was ready at the branch, I again contacted Prinay to ask if it could be sent to a branch near to me, which he did within a day. I have collected the certificate and it came in a neat sturdy folder, well done. I expected it to be handed to me like how one gets it from the post office, like a till slip.
