Ridiculous and Horrible business

Nobody from this useless company has called me since my complaint 3 weeks ago , there system and customer service is so poor and perthetic its shocking,to purchase so expensive products from this company you would expect proper service but it's ****, they ******* on their vehicles as I bought a 2018 Honda br-v and it had a clean Dekra report but to find out the vehicle was in a accident, I logged several complaints but they don't phone you so I end up calling them, their system is so **** you have to speak to a specific customer care agent assigned to your case when you call to speak to the person they always busy and then you are put on hold for more than 30minutes without anyone helping you, i mean it's shocking to expect such terrible service from a company that you would think is decent from its recognized and professional advertising, they are sly theifs to rip people off in ways of not being honest with **** advertising and **** deckra reports and charge you rediculious amounts for unnecessary services. They don't deserve any business cause they feel they can always get customers and throw you aside after they take your money.
