ridiculous and bad service.....

About a month ago i enquired about a vehicle.Sent all details required and was called 5 days later.spoke to the salesman and told him which car i was interested in.I was advised that a salesman from that branch will call me .a day later i tried calling the salesman who wouldnt answer his phone.2 days later i look for the car and it is now labelled as under offer.Called the salesman who eventually answered,told him whats going on.he mentioned,ill call you back.Never did,A lady calls me that afternoon and says sorry,the car is sold and tried to explain her bul**** protocol. I saw a car on the website again last week,Filled in the finance app.No response from anyone.I called 2 times,left messages with 2 people who advised that the finance dept.will call me back.up until now no one has called.
