I purchased a vehicle from we buy cars germiston branch on the 1st of March 2024, the dekra stated a few problems but only 1 major issue with the drive train. When I got home I discovered the car had problems that was not stated on the dekra. So I decided to return the car when I got here on the 4th of March 2024 I spoke to one of the managers I explained to him that the car had more problems than what was stated on the dekra and I would like to return the car. He then said to me I cannot return the car because is signed documents. And that I must car CRM offices and log a complaint and they will get back to me in 72 hours. And if that office can't help they will then have to buy the car back from me. I am trying to seek help in order for me to be refunded and return the car. Please hello Peter can you assist me in getting my money back and returning the car.
