Response from We Buy Cars on reviews is a hoax

Since my first review on WeBuyCars Joburg - they responded but never did what their response claimed they will do. After that I commented on another persons review on WeBuyCars and saw they had the exact same response that I got - so is it an automated response just to keep people quiet and to show that they actually take note, well it is a hoax - I still have not had been contacted by them.
