Reserve Deposit Not Returned

I saw a vehicle online at We Buy Cars Silverlakes. I paid a R10k reservation deposit on the 25 Jan 25 to reserve the vehicle. I then financed the vehicle in full and asked for the R10k reserve deposit to be paid back to me. On Mon, 27 Jan, I signed the paperwork and was told that the R10k reserve deposit will be paid back into my account within 72hrs. It's been almost 8 x days later and no refund received. Salesman says he has requested this to be paid numerous times. I then logged a call with customer complaints. No help their either. I was told that it's a branch refund. I must send another email and wait. I'm not sure what else to do to get my reserve deposit paid back to me. Very frustrated.
