Reservation Fees not paid back, vehicle sale did not happen.

I paid a reservation fee of R2500 online on 5th of Sep. However the sale did not happen. I have been requesting a refund since the 5th of Sept. I was told that it would take up to 72hours. To date no refund. Customer care service not helpful at all. On floor sales representatives not helpful at all. My reservation fee is still lying in my online portfolio on We Buy Cars.
