Requesting Natis document

On the 7th December 2024 I bought a sprinter bus for works at the Pitermaritzburg branch and have been begging for my Natis document, they did not advise when i was purchasing the vehicle that the document is still with the bank only after i signed and received my keys that they mentioned that. Ive been sending emails requesting it and they advised it is still with the bank, i wanted to work during the holidays but i could not with that i lost a lot of money because of this. I want to register the vehicle go for testing and license it under my name so i will be allowed to work at my taxi association immediately. The temporary permit provided expired on the 27th and they gave me another temporary permit which is ******** as a vehicle can only have 1 temporary permit in South Africa. Requesting a Natis document at the bank does not take a this long, either it is not requested or we buy cars have received it but not wanting to give it to me. I am desperate now and sincerely urge you to please follow up and help me with this matter please.
