Request for Resolution Regarding Nissan NP200 Repairs Under Warranty
Dear Webuycars,
Two months ago, WebuyCars (WBC) approved the warranty claim for my Nissan NP200. However, the vehicle is now back for repairs, and I’ve been informed that these additional repairs cannot be approved.
Given the recurring issues within just six months of purchase, this situation feels highly unusual and unfair. I would like to explore the possibility of returning the car and finding a more reliable replacement, as I no longer have confidence in its condition.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Please advise on the available options.
