Renault Capture

I have written a review on We Buy Cars the Dome last week regarding the bad experience I had when I bought a Renault Capture from them. The Deka report was not accessed accurately. Although I still feel improvements can be made to ensure a buyer gets the best support and value for his money when purchasing a vehicle.i can say that my complaint were referred to a lady by the name of Shane who handled my complaint in a very professional manner and it was sorted within 36 hours. Vehicle handed back, and monies paid back in full. The way this complaint was resolved and credibility restored, I will certainly visit The Dome again to purchase another vehicle. Thanks to Shane and the way she interacted between the entities to get our complaint resolved.
