Regretting my purchase at we buy cars

Third week having bought mom a car there we opted for courier and called 3 times to arrange for courier they take down the PostNet location assure me that the documents will be couriered at the end of the call...yet I keep receiving smses to come fetch the documents at silver lake branch even though I've arranged for courier three separate times... beginning to regret my purchase with we buy cars...the whole week I've been told my documents are being couriered 🙅🏽♂️
