Registration plates printed incorrectly and no one to assist.

I have had my car for 3 weeks. To date there is no registration plates on the vehicle. I was told that the paperwork was only sent through on Thursday 14/12. On 20/12 I get a message the registration plates are ready as well as the licence disk. Upon fetching the licence paper and registration plates we find that the reg plates were printed incorrectly. I spoke to Emma at we buy cars and got told that I can print my own licence plates and We buy cars will refund me. Seriously!!!!!! I then phoned to speak to Dan Harber, the general manager, and conveniently he cannot hear me on the phone. Further, when I phone through for anyone else they don't have an answer for me.in addition to that they cannot provide me with a permit. This is terrible after sales customer service.
