Registration papers of vehicle and report for faults on vehicle

1. I bouhght a vehicle on 10 December 2021 from the Germiston Branch. To date I did not received the registration papers. The license of the vehicle already expired an I can not actually travel with the vehicle. I phoned and query the registration papers they put me through to the Germiston admin who did not answer the phone. The person at your call centre took my name and phone number and promise to phone me back within an hour to find out if someone phoned me back. Nobody phoned back. 2. The day after I bought the vehicle I send the sales person, Chris Fernandes a whatsapp requesting him to send me the report of all the faults on the vehicle as I want to start repairing all the faults for the vehicle to be put through the test. He promise to send the report but never did. Send him a reminder he just respond that he is very busy and send the report. To date I did not received anything
