Registration docs

I am becoming concerned about the registration docs that I haven’t received from webuycars since my purchase. I seem to not getting any positive or promising responses from the Brackenfell branch and I’m now beginning to wonder if I’m going to have to get the registration docs via the department of transport and do the whole process the difficult way. Otherwise I cannot fault the product but may have to start considering my options and as mentioned go the route of the department of transport and the ombudsman. I’m also not pleased that I got the run around from William at their midstream branch who made me drive 30 km just to find out he was bull ****ting me, I’m a bit ****ed about that one. Anyway, I will give it up until next week before I begin the process
